What we score

Five groups of criteria, weighted by how much they affect a real player's experience:

  • Bonuses and terms — 25%. Not the headline number but the wagering multiplier, the

time limit, the maximum bet while wagering and the list of excluded games.

  • Payments — 25%. Methods available in Canada, CAD support, minimums, fees, and how

long a withdrawal actually takes after verification.

  • Games and providers — 20%. Size and quality of the lobby, live tables, the studios

behind them, and whether the mobile version carries the same catalogue.

  • Licence and safety — 20%. Who issues the licence, what it obliges the operator to

do, and which responsible-gaming tools are built into the account.

  • Support — 10%. Channels, languages, working hours and the answer we get when we ask

a real question about a bonus condition.

How the check is done

We read the terms as a player would, in the order a player meets them: the offer, the

registration form, the deposit page, the bonus rules, the withdrawal page. Where a

condition is ambiguous, we ask support and record the answer with its date.

How scores are set

Each group is scored out of ten against the published criteria, then weighted. The final

number is a weighted average, not an impression, and it moves when the conditions move —

a shortened bonus expiry or a new withdrawal fee changes the score at the next review.

What we do not do

We do not test games for payouts: results are decided by the provider's RNG, and no

short session says anything meaningful about it. We do not score on the strength of

marketing material, and we do not raise a score because of a commercial relationship.
