Where our facts come from

Primary source first: the operator's own site — terms and conditions, bonus rules,

payment and verification pages, the licence footer. Secondary sources are regulator

registers and provider documentation. What players say in forums and reviews informs

what we check; it is never published as a fact on its own.

How a page is written

The author collects the conditions, records the date of the check and writes the page

around what those conditions actually mean for a player: what has to be wagered, in what

time, with which restrictions. Marketing language from the operator is not copied over —

the point of the page is to translate it.

Fact checking

Before publication a second pass verifies every number against the source: bonus size,

percentage, wagering multiplier, minimum deposit, withdrawal limits and processing times.

Anything that cannot be verified on the operator's site is removed rather than softened

with a hedge.

Updates and corrections

Offers change constantly, so pages are re-checked on a schedule and immediately whenever

a reader reports a discrepancy. When a correction is made, the page is updated in full

rather than patched — a half-updated bonus table is worse than none. Report anything that

looks wrong to [email protected]; we answer within two business days.

Independence

Our affiliate commission is disclosed on a page of its own and has no influence on scores

or on which shortcomings are described. The editor, Nathan Boivin, has final say on

publication, and no commercial partner sees a page before it goes live.
